BSc of electrical or electronic Engineering
Sound knowledge of Plc system Siemens's
motion controller Simotion, S7-1500 ,S7-300
S7-1200,200 and Siemens HMI
Sound knowledge of Simatic manager and Tia
14 or later and experience in programs
navigation and troubleshooting
Servo system specially Siemens & Mitsubishi
Speed drives Siemens , SINAMICS Danfoss,
Mitsubishi ,Schneider
Filling and packing Production lines maintenance
Good command of English
Good communication and leadership skills (
ability to manage maintenance technicians team)
Utilities ( Auxiliary) such as compressors (
HP,LP) , chillers , cooling towers.
Filling and packaging production line machines
such as :
1-Blow molding specially Sidel and linear
(specially Sidel blowers SBO 1622 ,, 34).
2-Fillers
3-Labeling machine
4-Packaging machine ( wrap caser , shrink
wrapping)
5-Palletizer
6-Pumps& General mechanics
works
In general, has experience in Filling packaging
factory ( juice or water)
Our lines is : SIPA , SIDEL , CRONES
