Minimum Requirements
- Review Identify the training needs of the employee, Make competency matrix and Annual training calendar ,
- Knowledge of DOJO process , facing IATF Audit & VSA audit.
- Managing the complete recruitment life- cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
- Supervising Staffing, recruitment, induction program, discipline, policy &procedures, and recruitment programme for staff & on roll employees.
- Streamline onboarding documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and efficient record-keeping.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights, ensuring a smooth transition and handling all necessary releasing formalities.
