Job Summary

Designation: HR Executive or Sr. Executive

Minimum Requirements

  • Review Identify the training needs of the employee, Make competency matrix and Annual training calendar ,
  • Knowledge of DOJO process , facing IATF Audit & VSA audit.
  • Managing the complete recruitment life- cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
  • Supervising Staffing, recruitment, induction program, discipline, policy &procedures, and recruitment programme for staff & on roll employees.
  • Streamline onboarding documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and efficient record-keeping.
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights, ensuring a smooth transition and handling all necessary releasing formalities.
