Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of wind turbine electrical systems.
- Support troubleshooting and repair of electrical components under supervision.
- Ensure proper functioning of wind turbine electrical systems and equipment.
Field Work & Site Activities
- Work at wind farm sites across Pan India locations.
- Participate in tower climbing activities as per safety guidelines.
- Assist in inspection of electrical systems, wind blades, and turbine components.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow strict HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines during all site activities.
- Ensure safe working practices during climbing and field operations.
Reporting & Documentation
- Assist senior engineers in maintenance logs and reporting.
- Maintain records of operational and maintenance activities.
