Job Role : Electrical
Location : Jamnagar, Devbhumi Dwarka Gujarat
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical to lead the construction, erection, and commissioning of high-voltage substations (33/250 KV in Gujarat and 220/400 KV in Gujarat ). The ideal candidate will bring a strong electrical engineering background, proven project management expertise, and hands-on experience managing substation projects from inception through successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of substation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Supervise erection, commissioning, and testing activities of substations, ensuring adherence to technical standards and safety protocols.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including construction, engineering, and commissioning to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare detailed project reports, progress updates, and stakeholder presentations.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively to minimize project delays.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project operations.
Must-Have Key Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Extensive experience in construction, erection, and commissioning of high-voltage substations (33/250 KV or 220/400 KV).
- Proven track record managing substation projects in the power or wind energy sector.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Prior experience working specifically within wind energy infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of advanced commissioning techniques.
- Familiarity with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management tools.
- Hands-on experience working with international standards and regulatory bodies
