Job Description

• Review of the high-level concept, block diagram, BOM and detailed design complying to requirements
• Lead the team members to ensure the design complies with the requirements and the system interactions are addressed effectively.
• Review the test setup equipmemts required for the High-power electrical system.
• Work with in-house design team & external third-party teams to define/identify the specifications of the key Electrical components such as High-power contactor, fuses, sensors, transformers, Current transformers etc. and get those developed internally/from third party developer meeting the defined specifications.
• Review of the crtital test requirements including voltage drop, isolation, electrical bonding of various components in the High-power electrical system.
• Supporting mechanical team in preparation of wiring diagrams, harness assemblies, and electrical drawing packages with 2D and 3D modeling
• Review of Qualification Test plans/procedures, Acceptance Test plan/procdures for various Electrical components. Consolidation and review of various Test reports.
• Documenting the designs, drawings and supporting the cross-functional team for manufacturing transition and FAI on the Electrical components.
