• eUndertaking detailed electrical engineering building services design and cross check the results using hand calculations
• .Preparation of technical specifications and schedules
• .Preparation and contribution to design development reports
• .Planning and managing input production of design work with a keen willingness to engage and participate within the group's strategy for BIM development as our tool of choices for all design related issues
• .Adding value to a project by thinking beyond your core discipline
• .Mentoring and assisting graduate engineers

Your skills and experien

• ce3-6 years experience in building services design engineerin
• g.A broad design knowledge – from Concept to Tender Designing - through working on a wide range of projects using International code
• s.Experience in an Electrical Engineer role on project
• s.Familiar with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC, IPC, NFPA, IEC, IS, ACI cod
• esDomain expertise in codes and standards in your fiel
• d.Excellent communication and organisational skill
• s.A willingness to quickly learn to use new analysis packages as require
• d.Digital engineering experience (e.g. coding) would be advantageous but would not be a deal breake
• r.A Bachelor's degree BEng or Master's degree MEng in a relevant disciplin
• e.Proficient in software like HAP, IES, Revit, Dialux, Amtech, and BIM platfor
