Primary Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and validate power-electronics and analog/digital circuits for vehicle and telematics hardware, focusing on reliability and manufacturability.
- Create PCB schematics and perform PCB layout using Altium Designer; iterate with prototype builds and lab validation.
- Develop and maintain embedded firmware in Embedded C for ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers; integrate CAN Bus and peripheral interfaces.
- Define and execute hardware test plans (functional, thermal, EMI/EMC, lifecycle); lead debugging and root-cause analysis for field issues.
- Collaborate with product, systems, and manufacturing teams to translate requirements into production-ready designs and optimize BOM/cost.
- Support supplier selection, component qualification, and regulatory/certification activities for automotive and mobility deployments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electronics hardware design; experience in automotive or EV systems is highly desirable.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams on productization, supplier engagement, and certification processes.
- Authorized to work in India; role is fully remote with occasional travel to labs or supplier sites.
