Electrical Drafter / BIM Modeller (M&E/ Construction)

Summary:

• Basic Salary: Up to $5,000 (Based on experience)

• AWS + Performance Bonus

• 5 Days/ 5.5 (Alternate half Sat)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Electrical & M&E technical drawings using AutoCAD based on project specifications.

• Produce and update shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction documentation.

• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure drawings meet project requirements.

• Revise drawings based on site conditions, design changes, and client feedback.

• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Support project teams by resolving technical drawing issues during project execution.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness.

• Assist with other drafting and documentation duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in BIM, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• Diploma, NITEC, or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Electrical or M&E drafting.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software.

• Strong knowledge of Electrical/M&E systems and construction drawings.
