Job Opening: Electrical BIM Modeler

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler for Jacobs with strong expertise in Revit software and project experience in building, industrial, and data center projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing electrical BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering quality project outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit
• Prepare layouts for lighting, power, cable trays, and electrical systems
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP teams
• Generate detailed drawings and model-based deliverables
• Participate in clash detection and project coordination
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and client requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler
• Mandatory experience in Revit software
• Experience in building, industrial, and data center projects
• Knowledge of electrical systems and BIM coordination
• Familiarity with Navisworks is preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
