Job Description

Our client is one of India's leading manufacturers of Low Voltage Electrical Transformers, Low Voltage Reactors, AC/DC VFD Chokes, Harmonic Filters, Special Purpose Filters, Braking Resistors etc. We seek a motivated Electrical Design Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Documentation

• Release job cards and Bill of Materials based on customer orders for products such as: LT Transformers, VFD Line/Load Reactors, AC/DC Line Chokes, Braking Resistors.

• Work with our AutoCAD team to prepare and release mounting and fabrication drawings, such as transformer clamps and frames, Busbar layouts, and Enclosure GA (General Arrangement) drawings.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all job documentation and special customer instructions.

Production & Quality Coordination

• Coordinate with the Production team to ensure that manufacturing follows released job cards and design intent.

• Work with the Quality Control (QC) team to verify adherence to design specifications and customer-specific requirements.

• Review Test Certificates (TCs) prepared by production and ensure consistency with released designs.

Customer Support & Technical Approvals

• Submit drawings for approval to customers after receiving the order.

• Address and resolve customer technical queries during the design finalization and approval stages.

• Maintain a log of customer design comments and ensure their incorporation into the final build.

Salary: Up to INR 35,000/-
