Full Job Description-
- Design and develop electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Prepare and manage Bill of Materials (BOM), cable schedules, terminal diagrams, and reports
- Develop control panel layouts, mounting plate layouts, and wiring diagrams
- Work with industrial components, including PLC, VFD, HMI, sensors, and field instrumentation
- Should be able to create SLDs, perform load calculation, and switchgear sizing.
- Generate accurate manufacturing drawings and technical documentation
- Ensure all designs comply with IEC, UL, and CE electrical standards
- Collaborate with automation engineers and panel builders for smooth project execution
Required Skills & Qualifications-
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD Electrical.
- EPLAN Electric P8 (nice-to-have)
- Solid understanding of control panel design and industrial automation systems
- Experience working with PLC systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or similar platforms)
- Good knowledge of terminal blocks, cable routing, and panel wiring practices
