Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with strong expertise in electrical systems, control panel design, and cable harness design. The ideal candidate should have experience in semiconductor, aerospace, or similar industries, with hands-on exposure to component selection, system design, and cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting To

The Electrical Design Engineer will report to the Customer-Side Electrical Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Selection of Servo Motors, Drives, Sensors, Actuators, and Encoders.
• Develop electrical interfaces between control panels and machine subsystems.
• Design electrical control systems, including power and control distribution units, as per specifications.
• Create detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and 2D/3D models using CAD tools.
• Design and develop cable/wire harnesses for semiconductor applications.
• Select appropriate wires, cables, connectors, and protective coverings for durability and performance.
• Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) for cable and harness designs.
• Perform component selection and Form-Fit-Function (FFF) analysis.
• Execute electrical calculations such as current load, voltage drop, and performance validation.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers for component sourcing and integration.
• Maintain proper documentation, revision control, and traceability.
• Support R&D initiatives for future product development.
