Electrical Design Engineer

Position responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Designer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore / Pune. As an Electrical Designer at Dar, you will play a pivotal role in designing prestige projects and will coordinate/work closely with Architects, Engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize the project design and resolving design technical issues.

As an electrical design engineer, you will design various types of facilities including commercial, institutional, industrial, residential, office buildings and similar facilities, in addition to infrastructure projects. Design activities include the preparation of reliable Electrical designs and Tender/Construction Drawings and Documents/Specification for the following system:

• MV/LV Power supply along with single line diagrams
• LV distribution network
• Earthing systems and Lightning protection.
• Lighting and small power distribution
• Emergency power supply and associated distribution network.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience as an electrical designer (7-15 years).
• Strong understanding of design principles, construction techniques, and building systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinking and a passion for pushing the boundaries of design through computational innovation.
• Knowledge about scripting languages such as Revit/Grasshopper/Rhino, Dynamo/Python, or similar tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and facilitate design iteration
• Proven experience in computational design, parametric modeling, and scripting languages is desirable but not Mandatory.
• Knowledge of Design Software like AUTOCAD, REVIT, DIALUX, ETAP etc.
