- Position: Electrical Design Engineer (AutoCAD / Electrical Panels)
- Location: Tuas Crescent - Company transport provided (Pick up point at Jurong East and Marsiling MRT)
- Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday - 8.30am-5.15pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3800 + AWS + 14 days annual leave + Medical
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Wholesale of diesel-powered generators
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce AutoCAD electrical drawings.
- Prepare production drawings, including detailed Bill of Materials.
- Generate as-built drawings based on panel testing, FAT and SAT requirements.
- Attend meetings with Sales and Project teams to resolve drawing-related matters.
- Liaise with consultants and customers on design matters and drawing preparation.
- Travel to Malaysia for project meetings or FAT/SAT when required.
- Support overtime when project timelines require.
- Carry out time-sensitive drawing assignments as directed by the superior.
- Provide support to Project Engineers when additional manpower is required.
- Attend panel Factory Acceptance Tests in Singapore or Malaysia when required
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of electrical drafting, electrical design or AutoCAD drafting experience preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and preparation of electrical drawings.
- Experience with control panels, electrical panels, BOM, FAT or SAT will be an advantage.
