We are looking for a skilled Electrical Design & Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate willbe responsible for:
- Creating and developingelectrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layoutsusing AutoCAD Electrical.
- Designing control system architecturesandBills of Materials (BOMs).
- Selecting suitable switchgear, sensors, feedback components, and power supplies for project requirements.
- Collaborating with the mechanical design team on concept development, I/O planning, and choosingappropriate sensorsand motors.
- Developing, integrating, and troubleshootingPLC, HMI, Servo Drive, and VFD systems.
- Conductinginstallation, testing, and commissioningat customer sites.
- Diagnosing andoptimizingcontrol logic to enhance performance, reliability, and safety.
- Preparing detailed technical documentation, including control logic diagrams,I/O lists, and commissioning reports.
- Maintaining comprehensive electrical documentation, tracking design revisions, and managing change processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, ora related field.
- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in electrical design, automation, and control systems.
- Programming experience with Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Delta, andInovancePLCs and HMIs.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols such asEtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, and Modbus TCP.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites asrequired.
- Willingness to work in shifts based on production requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple automation projects under tight deadlines.
