Total Experience: 5+years
Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Software Skills: AutoCAD, REVIT, etc. Knowledge of electrical design software like Dialux for lighting calculations
Must Have Experience
Handling large scale corporate/ residential /commercial projects.
Job Description
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts for lighting, fire alarm, ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, and other electrical components using AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software.
- Assist electrical engineers in developing design concepts and layouts in compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and standards.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback from engineers and project managers.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, well-organized, and meet company and industry standards.
- Coordinate with mechanical and plumbing teams to avoid design conflicts in MEP systems.
- Maintain and manage drawing databases, templates, and document control procedures.
- Support BIM (Building Information Modelling) workflows, if applicable.
- Ensure that all electrical drafting work complies with local codes and international standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, IEEE).
