Job Description
Develop comprehensive 3D electrical BIM models in Revit MEP for large-scale projects
(hospitals, towers, malls).
- Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, and structural teams to identify and resolve clashes
using Navisworks.
- Generate accurate shop drawings, panel schedules, and cable tray layouts aligned with project
specs and codes.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings, issue logs, and clash resolution workflows.
- Assisted in developing detailed electrical layouts for residential and commercial projects.
- Supported the BIM team in creating Revit families for light fixtures, panels, and other electrical
components.
- Reviewed redlines and consultant markups to update models and drawings accordingly.
- Collaborated with engineers to interpret single-line diagrams into coordinated 3D BIM models.
