Electrical Bim Modeller

Responsibilities

1. Modelling and Drafting: Develop detailed 3D models for respective systems (Electrical, ELV, HVAC, PHE / FF) using Revit. Prepare sections, annotations, and 2D output drawings based on Revit models. Create layouts, equipment arrangements, and routing plans, ensuring alignment with architectural, structural, and other MEP services.

2. Quantity Take-Off and BOQ Preparation: Extract quantities from models and assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

3. Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with other disciplines to resolve design clashes and ensure integrated layouts. Incorporate design updates and client revisions into models.

4. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all models and drawings adhere to project specifications, industry standards, and best practices. Conduct self-checks and participate in peer reviews to maintain accuracy and quality.

5. Project Documentation and Support: Maintain and organize all design-related documentation, including submittals and logs. Assist engineers by preparing layouts for technical submittals and project execution.

2. 100% adherence to project schedules for model and drawing submissions.

3. Effective integration with architectural and structural teams with minimal clashes.
