Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Electrical BIM Modeler. The Electrical BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate Building Information Models (BIM) with a focus on electrical systems. Day-to-day tasks include developing and managing 3D models, collaborating with project teams, coordinating with architectural and engineering disciplines, and contributing to construction drawings and documents as needed. The role will also involve supporting MEP-focused design and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and working experience with related software tools
• Understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Proficient in creating and maintaining models for construction and engineering projects
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to precision and compliance with project requirements
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is a plus
• 2+ years of experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler
• Familiarity with US AEC project standards is a plus
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
