Job Summary 

We are seeking an Electrical BIM Modeler with 2+ years of experience to deliver high-quality BIM models, coordinate project standards, and ensure seamless collaboration for international building projects. 

Key Responsibilities 

· Develop and manage advanced electrical BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD. 

· Create and update BIM manuals, project standards, and parametric families. 

· Generate precise electrical drawings and interdisciplinary coordination models. 

· Maintain version control, conduct quality checks, and ensure accurate project documentation. 

· Resolve project-level BIM issues and collaborate with stakeholders for effective delivery. 

· Mentor junior team members and support productivity improvements. 

· Facilitate smooth coordination among architectural, structural, and MEP teams. 

Technical / Must-Have Skills 

· Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for electrical system modeling. 

· Strong skills in creating advanced parametric families and BIM documentation. 

· In-depth understanding of electrical systems and BIM standards. 

· Experience developing and enforcing project BIM standards and manuals. 

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 

Education 

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering,
