Role Overview

Pinnacle FutureBuild is looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Manager to lead high-performing teams and deliver complex BIM projects for global clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned Electrical BIM professional with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and international project experience who can drive project excellence, mentor teams, and ensure the successful delivery of BIM solutions across North America, the UK, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of 8–30 engineers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality project execution.
• Execute and oversee Electrical BIM projects for clients across North America, the UK, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.
• Review electrical designs and provide technical guidance on BIM standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Mentor team members, monitor performance, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and organizational processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in Electrical BIM project execution and team management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of electrical building services design principles.
• Hands-on experience in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple international projects simultaneously.
