Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for electrical systems (lighting, power, fire alarm, ELV, etc.) using Revit.
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings, layouts, and schedules from the BIM model.
- Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans, project standards, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, structural, and MEP teams to resolve design clashes and coordination issues.
- Update models as per design changes and maintain model integrity throughout project stages.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines using Revit.
- Support BIM Coordinators/Managers in implementing project workflows and quality checks.
- Stay updated with BIM standards, software advancements, and best practices
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Electrical BIM Modeling (international projects preferred).
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP).
- Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD levels and project documentation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
