Key Skill Requirements:
- Proven experience in Electrical BIM modelling using Revit
- Good knowledge of:
- Cable Containment Systems
- Earthing, Bonding & Lightning Protection
- Equipment Layouts
- Fire Alarm & Detection Systems
- Small Power, Circuiting & Panel Scheduling
- Lighting & Emergency Lighting Systems
- ICT and Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Data/Structured Cabling)
- Experience in Navisworks file setup, clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
- Strong working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks software
- Experience in BIM family creation, updating, and editing
- Good understanding of UK standards. (Added advantage)
- Prior experience in UK-region Data Centre projects (Added advantage)
- Strong English communication skills
