Hiring: Electrical / Embedded Automation Engineer

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Imp. Note :- This is a field-intensive role with 50% client-site commissioning and 50% in-house engineering & development work.

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Electrical / Embedded Automation Engineer to design, develop, and commission industrial automation systems including pick-and-place machines, robotic gantries, conveyor systems, and continuous material handling setups.

This role focuses on electrical control systems, embedded integration, motion hardware, and onsite commissioning not pure software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems (industrial automation)
• Design and execute electrical control logic for conveyors, pick-and-place & material handling systems
• Work with servo motors, drives & VFDs (parameter setting & tuning)
• Integrate industrial robots (KUKA / ABB / Fanuc or equivalent) with electrical control systems
• Integrate sensors, encoders, pneumatics & actuators into control panels
• Handle industrial communication hardware (Profinet, EtherNet/IP, Modbus, RS-485, etc.)
• Read & develop electrical schematics and panel layouts
• Support control panel wiring, validation & testing
• Execute FAT, SAT & onsite commissioning
• Troubleshoot 247 continuous industrial systems
• Provide post-installation technical support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics
• 13 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation
• Strong understanding of PLC-based control systems
• Experience with servo systems, conveyors & motion hardware
• Electrical schematic reading & control panel design knowledge
• Onsite commissioning exposure

• AutoCAD Electrical / panel layout design knowledge
