About the Role
- Should have dynamic experience in electrical & Automation and Instrumentation.
- 15+ years experience in the steel bonification plant.
- Should have knowledge in project & maintenance and exposure including electrical project involving maintenance / Operations of electrical equipments.
- Should have knowledge with 220 kv, MRSS
- Work location Sandur, Karnatka - Pellet Plant.
Responsibilities
- Erection commissioning and testing of all type of field instruments like Temperature, Flow, Level and Pressure Transmitters.
- Ability to understand the project related drawings like GA, control circuit scheme and instruments schematic drawings etc.
- Should have knowledge about PLC system like Siemens, ABB, Schneider etc.
- Should have knowledge about SCADA and PLC Programming system.
- Should have knowledge about Field Inputs and Outputs and IO Loop Testing etc.
- Should have knowledge about Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet, RS485 communications system.
- Should have knowledge about Modifying logic as per the process requirements.
- Installation and Commissioning of Variable Frequency Drives in different ranges.
- Panel Erection, like MCC, PCC, EMCC, MLDB panels & Panel wiring.
- Control Cable scheduling and cross ferruling for Terminations.
- Required Leadership abilities needed to instruct a group of employees in a specified task.
- Required Knowledge in Hydraulic and Lubrication systems.
- Required knowledge in Weighing scale system.
- Should have knowledge about Position Control Valves, Auto/Manual Calibration Operation.
- Should have knowledge of 220KV MRSS.
