Electrical & ELV Estimation Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for Electrical and ELV systems based on tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and client requirements.
- Review and analyse electrical and ELV drawings to identify scope, quantities, and technical requirements.
- Prepare detailed BOQs, material take-offs, and cost breakdowns for LV power, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, and ELV systems (Fire Alarm, Data, CCTV, Access Control, BMS, PA, etc.).
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and evaluate technical and commercial compliance.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and propose cost-effective solutions in line with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Support tender submissions by preparing assumptions, exclusions, clarifications, and assisting in pre-bid and post-bid discussions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Electrical & ELV estimation for commercial, residential, hospitality, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of LV electrical systems, ELV systems, and relevant standards (IEC, BS, NFPA, local codes).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation tools, with strong ability to read and interpret MEP drawings.
- The selected candidate needs to work at our Delhi or Bangalore office.
