ELECTRICAL & AIR-CONDITIONING TECHNICIAN
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Technology or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience in the maintenance and repair of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for electrical and HVAC systems.
- Experience working with cold rooms, Air Handling Units (AHUs), walk-in chillers, walk-in freezers, blast chillers, and blast freezers.
- Knowledge of testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance of electrical and HVACR equipment.
