Job Summary

We are looking for an EV Trainer who can provide theoretical and hands-on training on Electric Vehicle technology, components, systems, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct classroom and practical training on EV technology.
  • Train students on EV components, batteries, motors, controllers, BMS, chargers, and wiring.
  • Demonstrate EV assembly, electrical connections, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Conduct hands-on practical sessions using EV training kits and vehicles.
  • Prepare and deliver PPT-based training sessions, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
  • Evaluate trainees through theory and practical assessments.
  • Maintain EV lab equipment, tools, and training infrastructure.
  • Support workshops, certification programs, and industry training activities.
  • Follow electrical and EV safety standards during practical sessions.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automobile, EV Technology, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in EV industry, EV training, service, maintenance, or technical projects.
  • Strong practical knowledge of EV components and electrical systems.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in technical trainer is an added advantage.
  • Must have a personal laptop for conducting PPT-based classroom sessions.
