Experience:3 to 5 years

Skills:Articulate Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Lectora, Captivate, Camtasia

Job Responsibilities:

- Designs, Develops, Delivers customized learning experiences and content.

- Will be responsible for creating E- Learning modules.

- Develops eLearning courses using the authoring tools.

- Creating application demos and simulations usingStoryline/ Camtasia/ Captivate

- Developed templates according to the learning objectives

- Responsible for producing the course slides/ modules

- Works with Instructional Designers to analyze needs and to determine goals and objectives

- Design and develop additional media to support outputs

Required Skills:

- Knowledge and understanding of the eLearning process

- Good knowledge in design aspects and authoring tools

- Great collaboration and interpersonal skills

- Ability to organize, prioritize and multi task
