Elastic Engineer Lead/Developer

Location - PAN INDIA

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days

Experience required - 4 years to 12 years

Technical Expertise required

Strong Elasticsearch fundamentals – Index design, mappings (PII fields like name, email, phone), shard/replica concepts, and Elasticsearch Query DSL to support consumer profile search and rectification workflows.

Hands‑on Kibana expertise – Inspecting indices and mappings, validating CPC index configurations, running ad‑hoc queries, and supporting day‑to‑day troubleshooting of search issues.

CPC Search API ownership – Ability to maintain and support APIs exposed to the CPC front end for search, edit, and erase (GDPR/DSR) consumer data, including query construction, validation, and business‑rule enforcement.

Operational support on GKE / Cloud – Working knowledge of Elasticsearch deployed on GKE, including cluster health monitoring, pod/node troubleshooting, and coordination with platform/SRE teams.

Backup & recovery awareness – Experience with Elasticsearch snapshot and restore using GCS (snapshot repositories, validation, and failure troubleshooting).

Data privacy & compliance mindset – Strong awareness of PII handling, GDPR/DSR workflows, and the impact of search or API changes on consumer data compliance.
