Job Title : EIS Senior Developer

Location: Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai

Experience : 12+ yrs

Experience Summary*

6 - 12 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years working on Exigen Insurance Suite (EIS) or similar insurance COTS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize EIS modules across policy, billing, and claims domains according to business requirements.
Implement business rules, workflows, UI screens, and integrations within the EIS platform.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and defect resolution.
Support deployment activities and post-production support as needed.
Maintain documentation related to design, development, and configuration.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with EIS development tools, scripting languages, and configuration frameworks.
Knowledge of insurance domain processes (policy, claims, billing).
Familiarity with integration technologies such as web services, APIs, and middleware.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization is a plus.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
