Role Overview
We are hiring a high-caliber
Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) – Growth to work closely with the leadership team on identifying, strategizing, and executing
high-impact growth initiatives across
product, monetization, and partnerships.
This is a
0 → 1, Founder's Office–style role for someone with strong
analytical and operational rigor, who thrives in ambiguity and is excited to
build from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with leadership to identify growth opportunities across product, markets, and user segments
- Define, launch, and scale 0 → 1 initiatives to unlock new revenue or engagement levers
- Conduct deep-dive market research, user studies, and competitor benchmarking
- Drive high-impact, cross-functional projects across D2C/commerce, subscriptions, and new business lines
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to execute strategic initiatives
- Track key KPIs, run experiments (including A/B tests), and iterate rapidly based on data
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of special growth projects—from ideation to execution
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the CBO and Head of Business
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in:
- Top-tier strategy consulting (MBB or equivalent), or
- VC-backed startups, or
- D2C / eCommerce businesses
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a first-principles mindset
- Strong business acumen and ability to make data-backed decisions
- High-ownership mindset with the ability to operate in low-structure environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience launching or scaling 0 → 1 initiatives (strong plus)
- Prior exposure to faith, content, or community-driven platforms is a bonus (not mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in early-stage startups or Founder's Office roles
- Hands-on exposure to D2C or consumer-tech products at scale (subscriptions, commerce, engagement loops)
- Experience owning OKRs and driving cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Familiarity with product analytics tools and A/B testing frameworks
- Understanding of user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies
- Prior experience running hypothesis-led market experiments or launching new verticals
