EIR Associate

Overview

Work directly with the founding team to launch and scale high-impact E-commerce/Q-commerce initiatives across leading D2C brands such as Moxie Beauty, Clay Co., Gush Beauty, Terractive, Asaya, STIM and more.

This is a high-ownership role focused on building new ecommerce growth engines from 0 to 1. You'll work on projects such as Amazon International expansion, Amazon Now launches, quick commerce growth, new marketplace/category launches, and setting up entirely new business verticals.

You'll operate at the intersection of ecommerce, growth, operations, and strategy — working closely with founders to identify opportunities, execute rapidly, and scale what works. If you enjoy solving complex problems, moving fast, and building things from scratch, this role is designed for you.

Who we are looking for

• 0–2 years of experience in startups, ecommerce, consulting, growth, or analytical roles
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets with a data-driven mindset
• Highly execution-oriented with strong ownership and problem-solving ability
• Based in Gurugram (in-office role)
