The EHS Trainer is responsible for planning, designing, and delivering training programs related to environment, health, and safety to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. The trainer plays a critical role in building a strong safety culture by enhancing employee awareness, knowledge, and competencies in EHS practices.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, or related field.
- Certification in safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) preferred.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in EHS training or EHS operations in an industrial, construction, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and safety management systems.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and training software/tools.
- Ability to communicate in local/regional languages is an advantage.
