If you've spent time on a plant floor, construction site, manufacturing facility, or industrial environmenthandling audits, incidents, and compliance documentationyou already understand real-world EHS challenges.

Now bring that knowledge into a role where you help multiple organisations implement structured, intelligent EHS workflows through software.

This is a high-impact implementation and consulting role. Your success is measured by onboarding quality, go-live outcomes, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

OQSHA is a modern EHS & Operational Risk SaaS platform trusted by enterprises across manufacturing, construction, logistics, oil & gas and more.

We support teams with workflows like incident reporting, audits, permit-to-work, risk assessments, corrective action tracking, and sustainability workflows.

• Lead onboarding projects with guidance from senior team members
• Conduct discovery workshops to understand customer EHS workflows
• Translate real-world safety processes into structured system workflows
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and go-live activities
• Manage 24 onboarding projects simultaneously

• Configure modules like incidents, audits, PTW, risk registers, corrective actions
• Set up roles, hierarchies, workflows, and notification rules
• Assist with data migration (users, site lists, templates)
• Perform end-to-end testing before go-live

• Deliver structured training for admins and end users
• Create simple SOPs and quick reference guides
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions
• Ensure customer teams are confident and self-sufficient

• Support customers during the launch phase (hypercare)
• Gather feedback and identify improvement areas
• Collaborate with the Product team to improve user experience

• On-time go-live
• 30/60/90 day platform adoption
• Customer satisfaction score
• Quality of documentation & implementation

You should apply if you have 13 years experience as Safety Officer / EHS Executive / HSE Engineer / Sustainability Executive, with hands-on exposure to audits, incidents, risk assessments, and compliance documentationand you're curious about technology + enjoy training and explaining processes.

Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety / Environmental Science / OHS (or related) OR NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA 30-Hour (or equivalent).

Exposure to any EHS software, experience training site teams, basic project coordination, interest in ESG / sustainability reporting.
