Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager specializing in corporate fitouts. The EHS Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing EHS strategies, ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety standards, conducting risk assessments, and investigating workplace incidents. Additional responsibilities include overseeing compliance with environmental regulations, training employees on safety protocols, and ensuring that projects align with Acme Interiors quality and safety certifications.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health management.
  • Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments, accident investigations, and implement safety improvements.
  • Experience in delivering training sessions and fostering a culture of workplace safety and compliance.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable environmental and safety regulations, including ISO standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities related to safety and health concerns.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related fields.
  • Certification in relevant EHS standards or training programs is an added advantage.
