About The Role

Lead EHS programs across customer-facing warehouses, aftermarket distribution centers, regional warehouses and small assembly cum warehouse sites across India. This is a hands-on field role requiring regular travel, audits, training delivery, legal compliance management and execution of safety improvement plans.

Location: Pantnagar or Pune

Experience: 7-10 years EHS experience including multi-site warehouse/distribution operations

Qualification: Full-time PDIS (Mandatory); NEBOSH IGC Preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead EHS management across multiple warehouse and distribution locations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable EHS legal requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct internal audits, customer audits and compliance assessments.
  • Develop and execute site-specific EHS improvement plans.
  • Drive closure of audit findings and compliance gaps.
  • Conduct risk assessments covering material handling, forklifts, racking, loading/unloading, traffic management, contractor safety and fire safety.
  • Deliver classroom and shop-floor safety training programs.
  • Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
  • Maintain strong field presence and leadership engagement. Strong experience in legal compliance, audits, training and EHS improvement projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to travel extensively and manage multiple locations.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or Technical Discipline.
  • Full-time PDIS (Mandatory).
  • NEBOSH IGC Preferred.

Technical Competencies

Warehouse Safety, Forklift & MHE Safety, Rack Safety, Fire Safety, Emergency Response,Contractor Management, ISO 45001, Legal Compliance, Incident Investigation, Risk Assessment,

Audit Management, Training Delivery and EHS Reporting.

Behavioural Competencies

Hands-on, field-oriented, customer-facing, strong communicator, capable of influencing site

leadership, self-driven, execution-focused and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
