Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced EHS Management System Implementation Consultant to play a pivotal role in the configuration and deployment of Cority EMS/Enviance solutions. This position is crucial for helping businesses optimize their environmental, health, and safety processes through effective system implementation and ongoing support. You will be instrumental in translating business needs into functional system designs and ensuring successful system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the lifecycle of Cority EMS/Enviance configuration and deployment projects, from initial requirements gathering to go-live.
- Collaborate with businesses to understand, refine, and document their EHS needs and requirements in detailed design specifications.
- Provide strategic advice and direction to businesses on best practices for system design and configuration within Cority EMS.
- Configure and deploy Cority EMS/Enviance solutions, including drafting system design documents and configuring technical specifications.
- Analyze and migrate data from legacy systems into Cority EMS/Enviance.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and automated interfaces within the Cority EMS/Enviance environment.
- Create comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, quality assurance templates, and training guides.
- Conduct system testing and support system integration and data migration plans.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to Cority EMS/Enviance systems to meet evolving business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Cority EMS/Enviance implementations.
Required Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience working within and configuring EHS&S software solutions, specifically Cority EMS/Enviance
- Strong understanding of SQL and other query-based language
- Hands-on experience with tools like Sphera and Cority
- Past experience as a Data Engineer or Data Analyst
- Experience with environmental, health, safety, and sustainability domains, including air emissions and greenhouse gas emissions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications/Good to Have:
- Experience with PowerBI and PowerApps.
- Knowledge of additional EHS&S software solutions.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
