Summary
The EHS Executive/Sr. Executive will play a key role in the People & Culture department, focusing on Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives. This position involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, implementing safety protocols, and promoting a culture of health and safety within the organization.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Provide EHS training to employees and promote awareness.
- Investigate incidents and develop corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive EHS initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field.
- 1-7 years of experience in EHS or related field.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM are a plus.
