The project:

Rising in the heart of Pune's commercial district, this high‑rise commercial development brings together global expertise and local ambition. Designed to set new benchmarks in sustainability, resilience and modern workplace experience, it reflects a bold vision for the city's future and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients and communities.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Support implementation of health, safety, and wellbeing policies, procedures, and standards across projects.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver audits and inspections aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and other standards.
  • Assist in coordinating inspection and audit schedules, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Analyse audit results, corrective actions, and KPIs, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Work with teams to deliver regional strategies and contribute to net zero carbon transition.

You'll need to have:

  • Degree qualification is essential with 8-10 years experience.
  • Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
  • Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
  • Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
