We are seeking a highly motivated and technically competent EHS person to join our team and drive excellence in Environment, Health, and Safety across our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening the organization's safety culture, ensuring statutory compliance, driving sustainability initiatives, and leveraging digital technologies to enhance EHS performance.
The candidate must have completed an M.E. in Industrial Safety Engineering, is DISH-approved, and possesses 4 to 7 years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and foster a strong EHS culture across the facility through employee engagement, awareness programs, safety campaigns, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement desktop applications, dashboards, and digital tools to support EHS management systems, reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable EHS laws, regulations, statutory requirements, acts, and rules.
- Lead the implementation of EHS requirements during new projects, process modifications, and machine installations.
- Drive Contractor Safety Management programs, including contractor qualification, onboarding, risk assessment, monitoring, and compliance verification.
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System requirements.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) programs, including performance tracking and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements and support related regulatory initiatives.
- Promote digitalization in EHS through innovative technologies, automation, data analytics, AI-based solutions, and smart safety applications.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, inspections, and corrective action tracking to enhance workplace safety and environmental performance.
- Prepare and maintain EHS reports, metrics, and management review presentations.
Process Management: Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes.
