EHR Implementation Specialist (US Healthcare)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced EHR Implementation Specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding of healthcare clients onto new software platforms. You'll act as the technical and operational bridge between the product and the practice — ensuring smooth go-lives, clean data, and confident end-users.

What You'll Do

- Lead **EHR system implementations** from kickoff through go-live across multiple practice types and specialties

- Collect and validate **practice configurations** — workflows, scheduling rules, billing codes, user roles, and preferences

- **Configure and test** integrations between EHR platforms and third-party tools (billing, scheduling, patient engagement, etc.)

- Conduct **end-user training** for front desk, clinical, and billing staff

- Maintain **SOPs and implementation documentation** per EHR and client type

- Serve as the primary **client-facing technical contact** during the onboarding window

- Escalate complex issues to engineering or vendor support with clear, structured write-ups

What We're Looking For:

- **2+ years** in EHR implementation, healthcare IT, or clinical systems support

- Solid understanding of **clinical and front-office workflows**
