Job Description & Responsibilities
Solution Design & Configuration
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into robust configurations or customizations within the eGRC platform (e.g., SAI360 BWise).
- Develop forms, dashboards, workflows and automation scripts as needed.
Technical Expertise & Delivery
- Develop GRC Solutions with minimal supervision.
- Prepare and maintain solution documentation, configuration logs, and user guides.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and adhere to established technical and security standards.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with business analysts, end users, and process owners to clarify requirements, gather feedback, and propose solutions.
- Coordinate with developers, QA analysts, and other IT functions to ensure cohesive and effective end-to-end solution delivery.
- Participate in testing support, defect triage, and provide post-deployment troubleshooting and user support.
- Review incidents & requests raised by eGRC users and ensure resolution within defined SLA.
