About the Role
We are hiring an experienced eFront Developer to support and enhance fund accounting and investment management operations.
This is a hands-on role working across fund accounting, portfolio management, and investor reporting within the eFront platform. You'll collaborate closely with finance, operations, and technology teams to improve system efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain eFront modules (fund accounting, portfolio management, investor relations, reporting)
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive system improvements
- Ensure accuracy of financial data including NAVs, capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
- Support system upgrades, releases, and enhancements
- Troubleshoot system and user issues, coordinating with internal teams and vendors
- Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing), including test planning and validation
- Enable data extraction and reporting (e.g., FrontCMD)
- Collaborate on integrations with internal systems and data platforms
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with eFront (BlackRock eFront)
- Solid understanding of fund accounting concepts (NAV, capital calls, distributions, fees, carried interest)
- Experience in private equity / venture capital / alternative investments
- Ability to work across business and technical teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- SQL / data handling experience
- Experience with system integrations or automation
- Exposure to enterprise reporting tools
