About the role

EFM Sales Technical sales, Bid and Contract Management Segment - Project, Services, AMC

Identify new growth opportunities for the Technical FM business in terms of new sectors, companies, etc to be tapped.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving predefined sales targets
  • Understand client needs and adopt a solution approach
  • Analyse the competitive landscape and provide strategic insights/inputs
  • Ensure proper market penetration in the assigned Region
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, statutory updates
  • Timely submission of opportunity funnel, reports
  • New Service Product Sales, Concept selling, Engineering Facility Management-End to End Engineering Services [Technical Services (O&M)- Electro-Mechanical (MEP)Railway/Metro Electrification (OHE) Project,
