Responsible for all phases of the design and development process for automotive electronics products.
Derive the requirements from customer specification and provide solution architecture
Build up the high-level EE architecture with interconnections for each module.
Provides the technical input and guidance for EE detailed design
Lead EE developers and support them in module design and testing, EE-SW integration testing, EMC testing, and thermal testing.
Plans, coordinates, and monitors all test activities of a project on the electronics level to provide a specific test status for release.
Deliverables like EBOM, module design, DMFEA, etc.
Manage an EE project team to define, plan, realize, and deliver agreed EE-specific work products in time, quality, and cost. Reports the progress and status of the EE project
Skills:
Power supply architecture for any automotive electronics product
In-depth knowledge on all major Microcontrollers
Digital, analog, and frequency circuit design
Sound knowledge of GSM, GNSS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, display, and IMU.
Sound knowledge of high-side, low-side, and Bridge drivers
Understanding of SPI, I2C, UART, and CAN communication
Experience supporting PCB layout to meet regulations is required.
Proficient in worst-case circuit analysis
Experience with EMC test plans, test setup, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge on functional safety and security.
At least 5 years of working experience in the automotive industry on a body control unit or vehicle control unit.
