Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Educator role located in Ahmedabad. The Educator will design and implement lesson plans in alignment with the Reggio Emilia philosophy, facilitating holistic learning experiences. Responsibilities include teaching, training, and nurturing young learners while fostering an open line of communication with families and the community. The role involves supporting children's growth through inquiry-based activities and contributing to the collaborative teaching environment at SIS Prep.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum development
• Strong knowledge and experience in Education and Teaching practices
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage with children and collaborate with families
• Proven ability in Training and mentoring to contribute to a supportive learning environment
• Passion for early childhood education and understanding of the Reggio Emilia philosophy
• Prior professional experience in teaching or early childhood education preferred
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field
