Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Delivery: Facilitate MiVirtue's proprietary value-education sessions for students, ensuring high engagement and practical learning.

Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined environment within premium school campuses.

Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the face of MiVirtue on-site, building professional relationships with school staff and leadership.

Progress Tracking: Use our tools to provide brief, high-impact feedback on student engagement (No heavy manual paperwork!).

Pure-Play Focus: Stick strictly to MiVirtue-assigned modules. No substitute teaching, no random administrative duties, and no exam invigilation for the host school.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory for premium school environments).

Pedagogical Flair: Ability to move away from rote learning and lead discussions, activities, and reflections.

Emotional Intelligence: A natural ability to connect with students and model the values of empathy, resilience, and integrity.

Experience: 13 years of experience in teaching, counselling, or life-skills coaching is preferred. Freshers with exceptional stage presence are welcome.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic digital tools and platforms for curriculum delivery.
