Role Description

This is a flexible, performance-driven role for an Educator-cum-Course Creator. Unlike traditional roles, this is a high-revenue share partnership. You will have the freedom to:

1. Teach Your Way: Conduct online or offline sessions based on student requests.
2. Mentor: Help students navigate their academic journey by assisting with assignments and practical learning.
3. Build Your Legacy: Design, record, and launch your own courses on the eVidyaKosh platform.

1. Type colourful texts along with other fommatting.
2. Type mathematical equations or terms easily with toolbar.
3. Insert Tables & Lists
4. Insert Images & YouTube Videos in the course

Compensation Model (The eVidyaKosh Wallet)

We believe educators should keep what they earn.

1. Earnings: 100% of your service fees are deposited into your eVidyaKosh wallet.
2. Payout: When you withdraw your earnings, eVidyaKosh retains a minimal platform fee of only 5% to 20%, meaning you take home 80% to 95% of your total revenue.
3. No Upfront Cost: Start teaching and earning with zero initial investment.

Qualifications

1. Educator must be graduated.
2. Good Knowledge in your specific subject matter.
3. Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
4. Good communication skills for live sessions (online/offline).
5. Entrepreneurial Mindset: You should be motivated by growing your own student base and earnings.
6. Previous experience in teaching or course creation is a plus but not mandatory.
