Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for an M.Tech Trainer. The M.Tech Trainer will deliver comprehensive training sessions, prepare and present technical content, and provide hands-on guidance to students. Responsibilities include designing training modules, staying updated with industry trends, evaluating student performance, and offering feedback for improvement. The trainer will also collaborate with academic institutions and the byteXL team to ensure course material aligns with industry needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or any other related field
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience in developing and delivering training materials and curricula
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Master's degree in Technology (M.Tech) or a related field
• Comfortable working in an on-site environment and collaborating with teams
• Prior experience in teaching, training, or industry is an added advantage
